Introduction
Welcome to Hotelats. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our hotel
booking services through the Hotelats mobile application (the "App"). By accessing or using the
App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
Use of the App
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into
binding contracts to use the App.
Account Registration: To make a booking, you may be required to create an account.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration
and to keep your account information current.
Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized
purpose, including but not limited to hacking, data mining, or transmitting harmful code.
Bookings
Booking Process: When you make a booking through Hotelats, you will receive a
confirmation email with the details of your booking. The contract for the accommodation
is between you and the hotel.
Accuracy of Information: While we strive to provide accurate information, Hotelats
does not guarantee that the hotel descriptions, prices, or availability are error-free. You
are responsible for verifying all booking details before confirming your reservation.
Payment:
Payment for bookings must be made through the App using a valid payment
method. You authorize Hotelats to charge your selected payment method for the total
amount of your booking.
Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellation policies vary by hotel and are outlined in your
booking confirmation. Refunds are subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy. Hotelats is
not responsible for any charges incurred due to cancellations or modifications.
User Responsibilities
Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using
the App and during your stay at the booked accommodation.
Accurate Information: You are responsible for ensuring that the information you
provide during booking is accurate. Hotelats is not responsible for any issues arising from
incorrect information provided by you.
Damages: You agree to be responsible for any damages or losses caused by your actions
or negligence during your stay at the hotel.
Limitation of Liability
No Guarantee: Hotelats does not guarantee the availability, suitability, or quality of the
accommodations listed on the App.
Indirect Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hotelats shall not be liable for
any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with
your use of the App or the services provided by the hotels.
Force Majeure: Hotelats is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under
these Terms due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural
disasters, war, or government actions.
Intellectual Property
Ownership: All content on the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the
property of Hotelats or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
License: Hotelats grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the
App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
without the prior written consent of Hotelats.
Termination
Hotelats reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at any
time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to Hotelats or
other users.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kurdistan Region
of Iraq Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of
Sulaymaniah , Kurdistan Region , Iraq.
Changes to These Terms
Hotelats may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by
posting the new Terms on the App and updating the effective date.
